Returns Information

I hope you love your items, however I know that at times things just aren't quite right for what you'd intended. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please send an email to within 30 days and just let me know what you'd like to return and the reason why and I will be happy to arrange a refund.

All orders are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged by hand before they are sent out, so if any item does arrive damaged or faulty, please let me know as soon as possible, within 2 days of receipt of the item. I will provide a full refund, including postage costs for any faulty or damaged item. 

Perfectly Imperfect items are non refundable.

Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.

All returns must be sent back to us in the same way that you received them, in their original packaging to prevent any damage in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.
